MagicLoc
Locate people and assets where radio can't reach
Overview
Steel stops radio. It carries sound.
A racking-dense warehouse is exactly where locating technology gives up: Wi-Fi triangulation smears, RFID needs a gate and GPS never had a chance indoors. The thing defeating them - metal - is the thing acoustics use. MagicLoc calls, locates and raises the alarm through structures radio cannot penetrate, built on the same through-metal ultrasonic engineering behind our underwater systems - so a forklift, an asset or a person on the floor is found, and a man-down alert gets out.
What it does
Inside the system.
LOC
Locate
Find people, forklifts and high-value assets to a zone inside a racking-dense warehouse or yard - where Wi-Fi triangulation, RFID and GPS all lose the signal.
PAG
Call and acknowledge
Page an individual or a crew and get an acknowledgement back, in aisles, cold-stores and compartments where a handset shows no bars.
SAF
Man-down & lone-worker
Safety alerts that actually get out through the steel - the case RF-based systems cannot close in a metal-dense facility.
MTL
Through-metal link
The same ultrasonic link that carries data across sealed bulkheads without drilling a penetration, at throughputs up to 1 Mbps.
ENV
Built for the environment
Designed for the noisy, reflective, metal-dense places consumer hardware fails: warehouses, yards, plants and ships alike.
Deployment
Where it runs.
Standalone infrastructure on your own site, with no dependency on your RF network or on any cloud service.
