The problem
A national maritime training operation runs on records that regulators can demand at any moment: which candidate sat which course, assessed by whom, certified when, valid until when. At NAMAC's scale, spreadsheets and paper registers meant weeks of assembly before every audit - and constant risk of the one lapsed record that becomes a finding.
What we built
A training operations platform covering the full lifecycle: course catalogue and batch scheduling, candidate enrolment and history, assessment records, certificate issuance with validity tracking and reporting shaped around what maritime auditors actually request. Web-based, role-driven, running on infrastructure NAMAC controls.
