LifeMentoring
Student mentoring & wellbeing platform
Overview
Mentoring that gets followed through.
Mentoring works when someone is actually accountable for the follow-through, and that is exactly what falls through the cracks when it lives in a mentor's memory and a stack of forms. LifeMentoring gives a school or institute the structure: mentors paired to students, check-ins on a cadence, goals set and reviewed, and one longitudinal record of how a student is doing - academically and personally - that the next mentor inherits instead of starting from zero.
What it does
Inside the system.
PAR
Mentor-mentee pairing
Assign and manage mentor-student relationships across cohorts, with caseloads a coordinator can see at a glance.
CHK
Structured check-ins
Check-ins on a cadence with prompts and notes, so a conversation becomes a record and a due date, not a good intention.
GOL
Goals & progress
Goals set, tracked and reviewed against academic and personal milestones over a student's time at the institution.
REC
Longitudinal student record
One continuous history a new mentor inherits - so a change of teacher is not a reset for the student.
ACC
Role-based & confidential
Students, mentors, coordinators and administrators each see only what their role should - pastoral notes stay confidential by design.
Deployment
Where it runs.
On the institution's own infrastructure. Student and pastoral records stay with the school - role-based access throughout, no data leaving the perimeter.
